What we do

FULL SERVICE COORDINATION

  • Make a timeline. Together we will make a timeline. Two weeks before your big day we will get you a finalized timeline. You and your soon to be will review it and let us know of any red flags, and then we will send a customized version to all of your vendors and your VIPs. 
  • Create a vendor and VIPs contact list. This is a directory of  names, phone numbers, and emails of any wedding vendors and VIPs.
  • Correspond with vendors. It is your responsibility to book and work with your vendors; however, as soon as we finalize the timeline, I send a customized version to everyone on the vendor team. 
  • Send a monthly check-in. Each month, we’ll have a regular check-in. This can be an email, a phone/zoom call or in person meeting where I note, in order of priority, what’s on my radar in relation to your wedding. It’s a time for us to check-in with each other and make sure we’re on track. 
  • Attend your final walkthrough. This is the time where we will work out your day of layout and make any adjustments necessary to ensure your day flows as best as possible. 
  • Run your rehearsal. If you’re having a rehearsal, I will be there to “guide the ship”. This is also when I’ll coordinate any items that you need to get from Point A to Point B on the wedding day.
  • Handle all things on the wedding day. Think of me as your stage manager for your wedding. I am here to make sure you, your VIPS and vendors are taken care of. I also don’t cap my hours; I’m with you all day.
  • Serve as a sounding board. Whenever helpful and wherever asked, I will offer you my opinion and advice. My goal is to help people have the weddings they want. 

What will this cost us?

One of the the most frustrating this of this industry is that nobody is upfront with their cost. That’s why we decided that we would publicly post our prices. Here’s how they break down:

  • 50 percent deposit (due upon booking): $675 to $1,000

  • 25 percent payment (due 60 days out): $337 to $500

  • 25 percent payment (due 14 days out): $337 to $500

    • Total: $1,350 to $2,000 (depending on the location(s), season, and complexity of your wedding

DAY OF COORDINATION

Have everything planned but need help executing them on your big day? This one’s for you! This includes rehearsal dinner, ceremony and unlimited day of coordination. This option costs $600. 

Is travel included?

  • Partially. If we travel more than an hour’s drive outside of the Heber City area, the price above does not include accommodations for the night before the wedding and the night of the wedding. 

    If we are not traveling more than an hour’s drive outside of the Heber City area, you don’t pay for travel.

That’s a great question! If the above seems too much for you we offer a “talk it out” option where we can talk over a few key elements of your big day. This option costs $125 and gives you an hour with us, and one for us write up and email notes.
